The design of this mixed-use residential tower takes inspiration from the elegant Banksia tree flowers. The tower's design showcases a rounded body crafted from concrete, adorned with external balconies that offer breathtaking views of both Chatswood and Sydney centers. As the inaugural tower in this burgeoning area and part of a cohesive group of upcoming buildings, our project is meticulously planned to create a vibrant public plaza. This plaza seamlessly connects to the neighboring bowling club, fostering community engagement and revitalizing the entire area.

Setting itself apart from the predominantly glass towers that dominate Chatswood center, our tower proudly boasts a terracotta façade. This choice of material establishes a fresh and earthy aesthetic, introducing a new language of natural tones to the cityscape. Moreover, the design ingeniously incorporates vegetated stepped balconies that gracefully descend into the lower podium. The podium itself accommodates office spaces and various activities, inviting the community to partake in its offerings. With a coffee shop and restaurant readily accessible from Gordon Street, locals will find a welcoming space to gather and enjoy.

Sustainability is a key focus of our architectural vision, and this building exemplifies our commitment to environmental responsibility. By incorporating vegetated terraces, we provide a natural means of thermal control for the entire structure.
