Lot fourteen, located in the heart of Adelaide, has now been developed into a thriving hub for space-related technological companies. With its strategic location and growing investments, Lot fourteen has captured the attention of government agencies and other stakeholders. Central to this project is the collaboration with Renewal SA, a leading authority in urban renewal, ensuring numerous benefits for the local business community and residents alike.

Our master plan for Lot fourteen focuses on preserving and repurposing the existing heritage buildings, harmoniously blending the old and the new. By doing so, we not only honor the rich history of the area but also create a unique sense of character and identity. This approach not only would attract businesses and investors but also contributes to the cultural heritage of the community.

In addition to preserving the past, our design seeks to create a vibrant and interconnected urban environment. Pedestrian connectivity lies at the core of our plan, with thoughtfully designed pathways and a sequence of plazas that encourage people to explore and engage with their surroundings. Furthermore, we prioritize a direct connection to the landscape, incorporating green spaces and natural elements throughout the development. This seamless integration of urban and natural environments fosters a sense of balance and diversity, promoting a healthy and sustainable lifestyle for residents and workers alike.
